Racial discrimination is common for the black community, especially those who has a degree or is a college graduate. People, now more than ever, need to realize that there are more educated black people out here. Great colleges and universities like Spelman College, Morehouse College, Howard University, Xavier University of Lousiana and Hampton University have produced thousands of qualified educated black graduates.
These Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) are playing important roles not only educating black males and females but also empowering and uplifting the black community to the new level.
Black people have been working in many important sectors as doctors, lawyers, teachers, chemists and even as the President of The United States of America.
